Stay on the 55 freeway south. Till the 55 s. becomes Newport Blvd....Stay on Newport Blvd....when you get to the ocean and the Newport Pier area, stay in the left lane to prevent entering the Newport Pier area.....once past the Newport Pier, Newport Blvd. BECOMES Balboa Blvd. west....Keep driving down the Penninsula through the residential area.....Balboa Blvd. east appears...just past Coronado street (where the AT& T building is, on the right side .....it's easy if you remember that, once on the 55 south, you don't have to turn it becomes all the roads you need to get here.
